Loan repayment form examples
There are loads of ways to configure the slider form. You can do it in the settings or if you want multiple forms you can use the shortcodes. Below are some example of form configurations. Here are some of the people using the plugin.
The Simple Output
Displays repayment information and interest and totals to pay.
Interest Slider
An option in the pro version, it adds an interest slider so you can check repayments at different interest rates. If you want this now contact me.
Interest Selector
Another option in the pro version, it adds an interest selector with alternate interest rates.
Downpayments
A pro version option, it subtracts a downpayment from the slider value before calculating the repayments.
Buttons
Add buttons on the sliders so people can change the values. Ideal for touchscreens
Step Markers
Show step markers on slider. Small steps will mean lots of marker lines. Use with caution.
Processing Fees
Add a processing fee before or after after interest is calculated.
Tooltips
Another pro-option, you can now add tooltips to help the lost and bewildered.
Application Form
Another pro-option, you can add an application form to help with conversions.
Application Button
This one has the apply now button that links you to a new page (where you can make presumably make an application). This option is only in the pro-version.
Currency Switching
An option to display alternate currencies on the form. This a pro-version feature along with FX calculations.
Application form
This is pro-option. Click here to see the Application Form Demo.
Amortization and Annuity Calculations
Pro users also have the option to calculate repayments using the amortization or annuity formula.
Bespoke Versions
There are a number of bespoke versions of the plugin I’ve created for clients. Here are some of them.
Interest Calculations
The plugin uses a range of standard formula for interest and repayment calculations. The formulae and examples are all given here.
If you want something else get in contact using the form on the support page or in the comments below

Hello There,
I would like to create “The Simple Output” on my website (But the term would be in months instead of years
Any guide on how to create it?
David,
You just need to change the period from Years to Months and edit the Output Options
Thanks Graham
Can I create multiple forms for different loan products (each loan product has a different interest rate and would like to allow site visitors to use the calculator on each product page so I want to embed the different forms on their related product pages.
Yes you can if you upgrade to pro.
Hi, I am looking for someting like this.
https://www.fundingcircle.com/uk/small-business-loans-calculator/
is this something you can help with.
Hi Ian,
You can already do most of that with the pro-version. The bit that needs adding is the min max limits on the loan amount. But there are better ways to do this. Instead of the warning message, I can change the actual sliders.
Also forgot to mention on my last question – will need this to work with Elementor and a bare bones theme.
Hello! Is something like the slider seen on https://www.homelister.com/ possible with your plugin? It also could be as simple as calculating a percentage of a cost. What we are trying to do is show savings from and to based on $299 + 1% to flat $999 vs. 3%
Hi Jeff,
There might be a way to do this using shortcodes. Take a look at this. You might be able to use the primary and secondary shortcodes.
HI,
I have my site Loan Calculator is installed and I paid for it for full version, i have some questions, how to fix that part I have some attachment pictures to sent to you how it is possible my web site is http://www.patundshmeri-ks.com
Hi Ardit,
You need to talk to the theme developers. They have modified the code, it’s the theme that breaks the plugin.
Hi,
Could you provide me with more details of what this custom feature would imply as cost and time of implementation? I have currently acquired the pro version of your plugin.
Thank you!
Alina,
I’ve sent you an email

You mean that we could have 3 columns (types) of interest rates sequences?
Did you look at the page I linked to? It shows you can create an interest rate selector. It means your visitors will select the type of loan and the calculator will adjust the output accordingly. If you want three columns when you set interest rate triggers for differing loans you can’t so this. But I can build you a version that does this. I shouldn’t be to expensive.
Hi,
I’m wondering if with your pro version we can implement a loan calculator with 3 sequences of interest rates. Something like this: https://www.expresscredit.ro/calculator-credit.html
Where you choose the type of interest sequence (type of loan). Each of the three sequences change there interest rates accordingly to the sums that the person wants as a loan (triggered by sums). Two of those 3 types of loans have smaller interest rates than the third.
Hi Alina,
Yes you can: https://loanpaymentplugin.com/features/interest-rate-selector/
Hi! I love your plugin Loan Payments Plugin and I will buy the Pro version very soon.
But I have an issue: The “Form Header” text I enter does not show in the form, despite it says “Add a title to the top of the form.”
Can you help me make it work? Thanks!
Hi Javier,
It seems that the form header is only an option if you upgrade. Not sure why I did this. Install this update and it should all work for you: https://loanpaymentplugin.com/qis-update/
the cost of the loan is presented by the bank in percent. For example, 1.99% or 11.99%. Is it possible to somehow convert it in the form?
Krys,
Not quite sure what you mean. Do you have an example you can show me?
What setting changes the width of the sliders? I would like for each slider to be in its own row.

Hi David,
Disable the other calculator plugin and it will all work.
Is there a way for the user to change the interest rate, possibly via a slider?
Hi Stephen,
I built a version for a client that had an interest slider: http://harold.loanpaymentplugin.com/
I have thought about adding it to the pro version but it’s a lot of work as it will negate all the interest triggers and make doing the repayment calculations a real pain. But if it’s something you really want we may be able to sort something out.
Good day, Please how do i set up the repayment table and the banks comparison table from the free plug in version? Also what if the user needs to input the user name by themselves from the front end?
Hi Banks,
The bank comparison is a bespoke version for a client in Norway. I you want something similar I can build it for you. But I can’t do it for free as there is a lot of work involved. Not sure what you mean by inputting the user name.
Dear Graham
Thanks so much I use the divider but it gives worry figure for monthly payment.
thanks
This is quite good and lovely plugin.
How can I get this settings below with monthly and total amount to pay
Your repayments will be £349.33 each month
Interest to pay: £960.00
Total to Pay: £20960.00
Herbert,
If the loan is over a number of years and repayments are in months you need to use the Repayment Divider I’ve added to This Version of the plugin. If it works let me know and I’ll upload to the plugin repository.
Dear Graham
Can this plugin achieve the result of as this:
Borrowing ₦200,000.00 for 3 months requires a monthly repayment of ₦77,861.00
this is from http://www.zedvance.com
I will be glad if it be done.
thanks
Herbert,
That should all work but I don’t now how the got the figure of 77,861.
Hi there,
great WP-plugin u made, thank you! really nice, like it a lot )
I downloaded that version with ‘divider’, its better but I still have a couple of questions if that’s Ok?
-first, I found an “Upgrade to Pro” button -> gives you a form to add – sounds awesome, but the link doesn’t seems to work? leads to an empty page inside WP panel. Is it operational to get Pro version, can you fix it? I’m interested to acquire that.
-in your plugin you use Currency ($) in front of a Amount, but I need Currency symbol to be placed after Amount. Is it possible to do so and how?
-how can I make Interest value changing while changing/dragging repayment Slider?
right now it simply showing Total interest over a period, but I need Interest changing if I choose 6 months or 12 months (total interest per year is the same of course)
Really appreciate your answers!
Alex,
Just emailed you a new version where the upgrade button works properly. And it gives you the option to put the currency symbol after. There is also the option to display the interest below the slider. In fact all sorts of options. If you really want to go to town you can get a bespoke version a bit like this one I built for a client: http://fisicx.testblog.co.uk/. Move the bottom slider to see all sorts of magic happen.
